No-quibble Returns

If you are unhappy with a Tangelo Audio Product you purchased from our website store, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please get in touch to start the process with us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then, providing the return is complete and undamaged, we will start the refund process.

Warranty

All Tangelo Audio products carry a 24 month warranty. If there is a manufacturing defect or fault within this time please get in touch. We will provide a repair or exchange. If we cannot repair or exchange like-for-like, we will offer a replacement product or full refund.
