Tangelo Audio provides free shipping to our customers in Canada and the US. For other locations, there will be a flat fee to cover shipping costs.

US Import Surcharge

The current rules regarding imports from Canada to the US require all postal shipments under $800 in value have a 10% tariff charge pre-paid. Despite the country of origin being Canada and the USMCA agreement, this Section 122 Tariff is the reality if we want to get any goods across the border. So, we collect 10% plus a clearance and processing fee of $4 USD at checkout, then pay these charges on the customer’s behalf when the shipment is generated. The verification code is added to the shipment documentation to expedite the package through customs and avoid surprises when the customer receives the package. These fees are not refundable.

No extras

Tangelo Audio will never add (or hide) unnecessary charges. For example, we do not charge for shipping protection. If something goes missing in transit, it’s our job to chase it up with the courier and make it right with the customer. We don’t believe in charging extra for this; it’s simply good customer service.
